"Are you interested in joining an international and intercultural student project?"

The Sprach- und Kulturbörse (Language and Culture Exchange) is a student project at the TU Berlin with around 80 members from over 30 different countries. In our organization you will find a range of stimulating tasks and activities. For example, you can offer courses to teach others your native language, hold conversation classes and meetings, organize cultural events, help design our advertising, and much more ...

... and the best part is working together with friendly people from all over the globe!

Please find more information on how to join our project on our German webpage.

Becoming a member of the SKB involves a part-time internship that takes one semester. In the course of the internship, which is unfortunately unpaid, you will get to know the various parts of the organisation. The internship is a formal requirement independent of your qualifications. As we are a student project, you must be enrolled as a student at a university in Berlin or Brandenburg in order to do the internship and become a member. The internship always begins at the start of the semester, i.e., in April and October.

Furthermore, students of DAF (Teaching German as a Foreign Language) enrolled at the TU Berlin can do their obligatory internship with us at the SKB. This type of internship does not lead to membership.

If you are interested in doing the internship and becoming a member, please send us a short application with your CV and copy of your student ID (by email - - or post). If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us!
